No, I made celeriac soup (other ingredients being potato, onion, and garlic, garnished with parsley and Ardenne ham). And very nice it was, too.

All good. An under-rated vegetable, I think - possibly disliked because it looks a bit like David Mellor.

My wife and I do alright between us - we even make our own fresh tofu. I think the secret of Japanese food is utter freshness and 'clean' tastes...
