I've already commuted to work and back today, which is about 3 1/2 miles each way. There was hardly any traffic - I wish every day could be like this

I'm going to go out again shortly for a nice leisurely 20-miler along the coast - the weather's too good not to!

I've been out this morning for a leisurely pootle with my 2 yr old daughter in the child seat. I'll probably head out again on my own once the missus gets in from work about 3 o'clock. The weather is too good to ignore!

I went out at about half ten, did a steady 25 mile, bit of climbing, with one big climb, soon got through two water bottles, weather was gorgeous made sure I put my sun cream on! Only one down fall had a few sneezing fits which caused some major wobbles lol, my hay fever doesnt usually start til about June! Hopefully get out tomorrow, but just started on the guiness trail sat in the sun in the garden, thoughts of possible barbie! So that ride may be put on hold lol!

It was cold earlier, and out with a friend who has not cycled at all since last year, so we did six nice wee easy miles. It's brighter now though!

I'm just this minute in after returning my work van. Did just over 12 miles in the sunshine, but it was very windy. and of course I was cycling straight into it the whole way..... So I'm glad to be home, hardly been out recently so I'm knackered after that!

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I was going out for a long ride, planning too for the last 2 days anyway ...

I intend to do a quick 15 miles or so when my cuppa is finished then hopefully a longer ride tommorow.

For some reason i keep getting jobs found for me by son, wife and relatives calling me for help

I'm waiting until Sunday cos we've had a hefty sea fret in North East England which has extended inland quite a bit. Hoping it will have cleared by then.

yeh it was quite windy when i went out earlier, struggling on slight incline into head on wind, 7mph, got the wind behind me and easily did 20mph on the flat
im learning that the wind plays a bigger part than i thought

Got up early for a bank holiday and did a 40 mile ride to Box Hill and back. Ride was quite relaxing, looking after the kids for the rest of the day more exhausting.
