The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Progold Prolink, one drop on each chain roller - use a syringe or a 'Luber' - all year round.

+1 this is simply the best lube I have ever used.
Lasts a long time on the chain and doesn't get all gunky black.
It better be, ordered two bottles off Wiggle - You have to spend a tenner now to get free delivery!
Another noob rtelated question..
Dry lube for dry weather, yes ?
Wet lube for wet weather, yes?
I find when I use wet lube I pick up all sorts of s*** ...
Thanks for the reply..Works for me. You just need to be a bit more pro-active come winter with wet lube unfortunately.
+1 I've tried all the 'cycle specific' lube gimmicks; wet lube, dry lube, ceramic lube and so on, but now I save ££££'s and also use chainsaw oil. I'll never pay for overpriced 'cycle lube' againFor anyone who doesn't already know, my preference is chainsaw oil.![]()
Good stuff.
You don't need a lot. 2 bottles? Blimey, that will last you years.
Let us know how you get on with it.
How much is it per bottle? If I bought one bottle it was £2.99 delivery, two bottles made it free delivery, I couldn't be arsed to find anything else to cover the free delivery - my normal go to additional purchase is inner tubes, but I think I might be over doing it on that front, opened a cupboard to look for some tools t'other day and it was full of tubes![]()
Out of interest, how do you quantify that?Ive just starting to use Morgan Blue Pro Race oil and two weeks in its the best ive used.
