Can you please recommend a rechargeable front light which is good for lighting up the road ahead? Not sure if I should go for Cat eye or Smart.

Depends on what you mean by lighting up the road ahead?

Do you want lights to be seen with or lights to see where your going on unlit roads?

I run one of these and for the money ( around £50 dependent on exchange rate ) its more than enough for a full speed ride.

What is $79.62 in stirling please, and where can I get it in the UK?

£53 it cost me on import ,thats why it is cheap as it takes about 3 weeks to come , you can get them in the uk

You can get them from a uk supplier but you will pay around £75 for the same product, it will just come faster.

I only quote for the new one with the sealed battery and led for charge state, you can pick up older versions with the unsealed battery for less but they have been known to have issues with water getting into the battery contacts.
