I was wondering what had happened to you, Gaz. Keep fighting!

I've forgotten what your new health problems are, but would an ebike help, or is it just impossible for you to cycle now?

Thanks man, unfortunately I'm very very unsteady on my feet and fall regularly due to multiple Sclerosis, a crushed spinal cord and a fused vetabra, plus arthritis, so, gutting but my cycling days are gone, TDF this weekend tho
Thanks

Oh, wow - that's bad news! It does sound like a showstopper for cycling.

Hmm, something like the etrike in the video below would solve the balance issue, but the spinal cord and arthritis damage might still prevent its use. Might be worth considering though?

I saw one of these parked in the lobby of my local Sainsbury's.

This being Sunderland, the same machine popped up again a few weeks later when the owner brought it in to my local bike shop for some minor fettling.

He told the staff there was no medical reason why he bought it, he just fancied something a bit different.

Some Chinese ebikes are truly dreadful contraptions, but these are quite nicely made.

I think the one I saw came from a retailer in or near York.

So it did: https://jorviktricycles.com/
