What's the worst thing that you've forgotten to bring with you for a ride?

I've forgotten my helmet a few times. Once I forgot to load the bike into my vehicle and nearly backed over it. That would have been bad.

Ha ha ...I nearly dropped my door keys from the bag once. I had opened the bag to get my phone out but did not close the zip when I put the phone back. I rode 30 miles home with the keys exposed. When I stopped outside my front door, the keyring was hanging from the bag by a single thread!

Worst - arrived for an MTB ride in my pickup with absolutely everything I needed apart from the front wheel of my bike.
2nd worst - forgot to put the insoles back in my road shoes. May sound trivial but it wasn't!

My newest Camelback has a plastic clip on a short length of "whatever the inside of the pockets is made of", inside the big bottom pocket.
