Postie delivered a stand for my digital piano and another stand for my new midi master keyboard. Unfortunately, he did NOT deliver the new midi master keyboard itself despite it being on overnight delivery. He muttered something like "See you tomorrow" so I took that to mean that the parcel was back at the depot but he hadn't had room in the van for it.

PS I just got a message from the company that I bought the keyboard from. They confirmed that Parcelforce took the keyboard and stands from them yesterday and should have delivered the whole lot today, so they are being chased up.

So, since I do not have a keyboard to play about with I might as well get out on my bike!

When you get the keyboard, I think you should send a sharp note to Parcelforce about their service. I would b flatly refusing to accept their staff''s excuses. On a scale of one to ten, how bad was it?
