i like the focus but once again not my size im a 54cm and wiggle are the only re-selelrs

If you can get on with the downshift lever on Sora changers, then there's nothing wrong with them at all. Upshifts are the same as on Tiagra / 105, but you can only easily change down (smaller rings) while on the hoods. The newer Sora groups are nine speed.

I wouldn't discount for real world use, as opposed to scoring posing points, a bike because it "only" has Sora.

A good point. Buying a bike is a bit like buying a car. Although you would love the big flash one in the centre of the showroom you need to be realistic and try to get the best for your budget.

Have you went to a shop and seen a bike with sora or tiagra? If you haven't it is a good idea. That way you will have an idea of what you want.

Yes I went and looked a some bikes yesterday and can sort of see the difference but I have to be realistic and only get what is with in my budget for now as I have other finincial commitments as dose everybody.

so i think ill have a look for some 08 bikes and if not go for the treck
