I have no clue how to train - I just go out and ride a lot, trying some hard efforts and climbing 
I need to study training more and work out how I am going to increase my power. I need to develop a sprint, as I believe this aspect is my main weakness. Specific targets for the year are to do a sub 24min TT, sub 5:30min Ditchling climb, sub 6:30min Boxhill climb and to enter some road races (undecided on closed circuit or not) and maybe win one!
Edit to include that I am back on it, as of Today. It being watching what I am eating, very carefully. I intend to lose around a stone and a half by mid summer. Target weight is approx 12st.
