What type of pedals are these?

AFAIK the cleat adjustment screw is on the reverse of the cleat. Rotate the pedal through 180° and look for an allen key headed bolt.

Here is a pic of the other side of the pedal. I don't see an allen key headed bolt.

At a guess it is this threaded bolt, I assume there is a hex or slotted head on the side of the pedal.

You were right on! Thank you. Amazing how much adjustment just 2 turns made. Able to clip in now with my spd cleats .
