The Listeners? With Rebecca Hall? !
Anybody else?
Just amazing, but so tense and unsettling.

(Very like 'Kill You in that respect, but a completely different style of drama.)

I wondered if that might be good. Normally I’m not that keen on anything vaguely sci-fi, but it does sound intriguing.

Just finished series two of The Gone; an Eire/NZ crime drama... it's a good gripping story but plagued with character decisions that just don't add up, and too much dialogue that's so hammy it could have been penned by George Lucas.

Been catching up on Sue Perkins Big Adventure...visiting various countries,I do like Sue Perkins and enjoy travel programs.

Also Bill Baileys Perfect Pub Walks...not bad,I do like Bailey but not as keen on a few of his guests.
Still watchable though....could do without the cheesy background music though ☹️

I like both these people*, but think they're both wasted in these programmes.
YMMV of course.
I just feel their lack of any passion for the whole thing is barely concealed, and that taints my experience.
Just me I expect!

*One of Bills pub standup shows was perhaps the best thing I've ever seen.

Lol...total opposite for me,I think both Bill and Sue seem like genuine people which makes the shows for me. Rare for me to say that as I barely have a good word for anyone on TV these days ! well except for the great misunderstood Gregg Wallace 🙄

Currently enjoying a Winterwatch special, covering the 1963 Big Freeze.

Amazing!

Yep watched it too, not quite old enough to remember (only 1 at the time) but I wonder if the 'modern world' would cope any better, it seems everything grinds to a halt with a couple of inches of snow.
