Guy Martins Spitfire.
He's always good, using the wreckage of a Spit that crashed on Dunkirk beach, not a restoration unless I missed something but a replica, albeit made correctly with original drawings, materials and engine type.
One standout for me was the wing mounting pins, during assembly one wouldn't fit, too tight. It transpired he'd had it in his hands for ages and it'd expanded with heat....this was about a 40mm diameter steel pin machined within one thou I think. They allowed it to cool and it slid in perfectly.
Excellent as usual from Guy.

I'm watching True Blood again. It's like Vampire Diaries for adults. ;)

I'm not a huge fan of the vampire apocalypse, but this is actually quite a thoughtful story, plenty of drama with no pointless side plots, quite a few surprises and of course quite a bit of violence.

Very engaging character drama, 8.5/10

That film was a bit hammy and overdone. On the other hand, it had Kate Beckinsale.

Cardinal. flawed detective with partner set in frozen Canada not Scandi. The same as a Scandi though in every other sense, even down to the music/opening sequence.
Enjoyed it though 8/10.

Orange Is The New Black (Series 5)

Still great most of the time but feels like it's lost a bit of energy by focussing on one storyline. Apparently it's been renewed for two more series so I hope they don't completely run out of ideas/momentum.
