Enjoy your time spandex - if I had six weeks in loo I would never visit that curry house again...

if I had 6 weeks off I'd find a week or so to plan out the next 5 years of my life.

Short term goals medium term long term etc .
Look at my current lifestyle and see what I would change what is good what is naf. Make some plans Set up a monthly calander/ spreadsheet with little jobs or things to achieve.Fitness program , next years Audax and sportives. Train for a Triathlon
Go on a hike along Hadrian's wall , go sea kayaking, ;) take up a new hobby like photography , construct a website.
Index your music and DVD collection.

My Indian cooking F**King grate my dad lives over there and most of the time I send over there (7months ish) has been spent in the kitchen being shown how to do things right (not the English wayxx()

Ok It is on its way but if you get peckish before then here is how you make it (off the top of my head as my red folder is at home but it looks right)




  1. 350 grams of fresh spinach (you can use a tin but it is not as good)
  2. 2 clove garlic, chopped
  3. 1 fresh green chilli, chopped
  4. 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized chunks
  5. 1 small Cauliflower cut into bite sized chunks
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp gram masal
  9. 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Fresh Coriander ripped up to be put the top
  12. ENJOY :sad::tongue:
