Nope for expander bolts. Lots of different lengths, some different head diameters, and a couple of different threads (most are M8, but some are M8 x 1.25 and some are M8 x 1.0). Tiny market these days, forget it.
Most people can use A-head stem bolts, rear mech bolts (mounting bolt and jockey wheel bolts) and bottle cage bolts, though. Stem bolts tend to be M5 x 0.8 x 20mm but several others exist.
