Cuchilo, I think there is one of those in Kingston too, but you'll definitely need a lock if leaving the bike out in the wild

Vaude Alpin Air 30+5, excellent for winter commutes, plenty of room for anything you would want to carry on a bike. It's also very comfy when adjusted, can hardly feel it's there, even with a decent amount of stuff in it.
