Our bikes are worth more than our car, and they wouldn't reach 1% of my house value.

Now I've got the van somewhere in the region of 10%.

Car - last time we bought one it was about 3% of house value.

Van (motorhome). When we bought that it was 10% of then house, but then we did live in the van for a whole year.

Still got both and they have depreciated hugely, so today's % will be pretty low.
