Didn't really need these but they're been hanging around at the recycling center for a couple of weeks now. Paid £1

Our dump doesn't allow swaps or sales having said that I got some uPVC windows someone was chucking!!

Only downside is washing up liquid is not meant to be used undiluted so are their potential issues in applying it to the skin neat?

Everything is fine in moderation I guess. I have sensitive skin, and it doesn't bother me. You could always swap for liquid hand soap, but the formulation of washing up liquid means it's better at lifting stubborn grease thanks to its anionic surfactants.

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
I've been a bit spendy this past week, all in the name of upgrading some bikes / sourcing parts for spares / getting ready for a bike build for son no. 2 - we're doing a hillclimb bike swap from his 5kg PlanetX Nanolight to a Ridley Helium as the PlanetX is just too on edge. So, today I've picked up:

- An Ultegra 6800 front derailleur cheaply
- An 11-36 cassette for the Ridgeback Platinum
- A Dura-Ace 7900 rear derailleur for the Ridgeback Platinum
- A pair of Tioga bars for the Woodrup
- A couple of lime green jockey wheels for the Viner Mitus

That'll get the Ridgeback ready for a better gear range, get the bars changed (hopefully) on the Woodrup and a play-about for the Viner.

The Ridley will be sorted in the next few weeks hopefully, but no rush for that one.
