I very nearly bought one of those but had to face the reality of me losing the parts one by one, it's supposed to be excellent though.

Bought some quite expensive stickers for the Super Galaxy, the came from a Pathlesspedaled who has a YouTube channel, so they came from the US. Shared the postage cost with a friend.

Love the stickers though.

I bought a bike.

It's not for me though, it's for Middle Son. The plan was that he came on the train to collect it, and we'd go back with this bike, the Xtracycle, and tow Beautiful Daughters little bike to the railway station, after which he could help me transferring the mini bike and Xtracycle on the train: this is easy with two people but a pain alone.

This is the sort of logistics that become important when you don't have a car.

Unfortunately Beautiful Daughter has a nasty bug so we're postponing to next week.

After a recent discussion here; i remembered previously having - and how much i loved - a Charge Spoon posterior perch 😎 So bought one for the new MTB.

Last of the protective clear helicopter / carbon tape also came today.

And not pictured; but have just taken delivery of a Park disc-truing tool: to hopefully enable me to straighten up any minor disc-dinks from off’s etc

Im a sticker freak too ! Cant beat some ‘customising’ with a couple of well thought out decals. I bought a couple of colour coordinated stickers for one of mine recently 👍

Well, for me to wear ON my bikes - i bought some Specialized SPD shoes from @jay clock.

For my ongoing MTB overhaul, I ordered new SPD pedals, spare tubes, inner and middle rings, cassette, and chain. They should arrive over the next few days.

Bought a pair of Imrider flat pedals, can't really go to far wrong for the price.

And... a bottom bracket! I probably could have got a bit more life out of the old one, but I could feel some roughness and friction in the bearings so I might as well sort it out now while the bike is already in pieces.

I added a quick-link breaking tool to spend enough to get free postage.

@ebikeerwidnes this annoys me more than cars. You can't hear a thing because a bell is far too much weight to carry and would interfere with the athletic streamlining.

I had the local chaingang overtake me at about 40 km/hr. The pace setter had his head down so he was not really watching where he was going. He passed less than 15 cm/6 in from my right elbow. The riders behind him were even closer! If I had deviated even slightly to the right for some reason there would have been carnage. I didn't hear them coming and there was not one word of warning or apology from any of them!
