Except itvs is only about 20 minutes long if you take out the adverts!

I really want a turbo trainer so. Can just sit watching it and pedaling away! Might try and convince the wife :rolleyes:

I think the other half is another reason why the highlights will have to do!

As a newbie the coverage on ITV seems easier to understand than Eurosport though as you mention Eurosport coverage is longer and seem more in depth.

Before I got back into cycling at the tender age of 45, I was an F1 nut and never missed a race on the Tv and went to a few races at Silverstone and Monaco. However, for me its really all about which driver has the best car that season and he can only really prove himself against his team mate in an identialcal car. In professional cycling however, there is a level playing field with regard to equipment and it is a real test of fitness, strength, bravery, mental toughness as well as tactics. I'm a convert!
