weekdays a bowl of porridge with half a banana chopped up and a spoon of honey, plus a cup of black tea, weekends usually something different, maybe scrambled eggs on toast or a full english if Mrs M is in the frame of mind to do one.

Big bowl of cereal, 2 slices of toast and a cereal bar. That lats me abut 2 hours, then i'm hungry again.
I had pizza this morning instead of toast though:biggrin:

Who likes kippers? haven't had those in ages. I'm getting hungry now.

Possibly the only sensible option I've seen so far, along with eggs.

Breakfast should be a similar sort of meal to any other one. This cereal thing is something dictated by children.

You feel hungry again because there is no protein in your breakfast.

I often have a spare slice of the previous night's pizza for breakfast, and the protein in the cheese and pepperoni is what keeps me going till lunch.

I was very much a bowl of porridge man for breakfast but on this present posting I can't get the porridge so I now have a bowl of noodles instead. I find it's almost as good as the porridge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Noodles on them own isn't a proper breakfast. You need protein or you will end up eating a second or even third breakfast.

How a bit of sliced raw beef? They like that in vietnam?

During the week, either Crunchy Nut cornflakes, Fruit & Fibre, cranberry wheats or apricot wheats, plus a cup of tea if there is time.

At the weekends it is porridge and maybe a piece of toast.
