What do you eat after a ride?

I try to be good...tuna fish..salad...green tea lots of water....then I ruin it all with biscuits and chocolate

I'd just like to point out to CC forum members that coleslaw does not come in peices in scotland but the sandwiches do BTW Fran on a roll or plain breed?

Pieces are always on plain breed ya ken!

I usually start off by leaping voraciously onto whatever's left of my ride eats. Then it's the fridge.
