Nothing particularly. Sometimes a roll mop or some mackerel if I feel the need. As a rule, I don't eat anything extra and simply stick to my normal meals. So a morning ride will be followed by breakfast, an evening ride by dinner, etc.
Often it's beans on toast. Seems to work well. I bought a jumbo load of discounted mini Christmas puds today (15p each @ Sainsbury's) so it might be them instead for a bit
If there's something healthy in the fridge I'll have that, if there's not I'll eat whatever. Although I do try not to eat after a ride because I usually ride late night.
Depends how long/intense the ride is. At the end of an audax, I will shovel down lots and lots of cake, pasta, fruit, bread, rice pudding, banana custard... whatever's there, really, and usually only stop eating when supplies run out.
