Tea all over the North, Dinner all over the South and Supper for privately educated individuals from throughout the country!

Tea and I am south in an east type of way

I call it my evening tea, even if I don't actually drink tea

Dinner is what you have in the middle of the day.

Supper is a late night snack before you go to bed.

We call it tea. Lunch is the mid-day meal although when I was at at school I paid for with dinner money!

depends where it is is. it's usually "going home for my tea" and "going out to dinner", or if it's after 10pm it ocassionally gets called supper. but mostly its tea.

My brother used to do this. But then, he was partial to tomato sauce sandwiches too!
