Let's put it out there in writing (so we can't back out). What do you aim to have achieved? New distance? Speed? Heart rate? Whatever you use to measure your progress!

I'm aiming to improve my time over a 45mile ride and enter some sportives, a little voice inside me has uttered the word 'century' but I'm not ready to declare that one out loud yet!

I'm doing the London to Brighton with 3 of my mates this weekend.

Target this year - 100 miles in 1 ride. Have done 70 miles so just need to find the time (and the people) to do it with!

My targets are car-replacement based. I want to beat my Love to Ride journey numbers for the previous year and cycle any journey under 3 miles unless there is a strong reason not to, like a car-full of kids.

Having had a bad start to year cycling wise, mainly the wrong road bike!

I'm getting fitter and finding my mojo has come back - finally. My goal this year is to get up a hill I've always struggled with. I've just started spinning and gym workouts to get my legs/core stronger. And on Friday I'm intending to tip the 50 miler in one ride.

Complete Ride London on 2nd August. Crap late start time though so we shall see
And no more injuries or falls
Be nice to get to 2500 miles again this year, about halfway there

London to Brighton off road in September -75miles on my mtb should be fun!

Aiming for 150 miles per week, so far up to 136.

Basically lots of long rides on my mtb and road bike and have lots of fun and push myself a bit more
