Dont tell @theclaud but I was listening to Bill Evans last night. I'd been reading an article and the Bill Evans Trio bass player's name came into it, Scott LeFaro, he was killed in a car crash 10 days after the BET Village Vanguard recordings were made. Anyway it was talking about what a great player he was so I thought I'd check him out.

Eddie Hinton, great guitarist and singer, a regular Muscle Shoals session guy, he was doing ok for himself until a judge f#cked up his life after he was busted for a small amount of weed. At one point he was living on the streets with his stuff in a bin bag and a suitcase without a handle. He cut some great songs, session and his own. Never fully recovered from his set backs, had a heart attack and died aged only 51. If you like rock and roll and blue eyed soul you'll like Hinton - get some.
