It looks like the Qrisk3 calculator to me, but with a few of the questions omitted.
When put my (same) data into the QRisk calculator and the NHS calculator, NHS one says "... which suggests you are a healthy weight." whereas the Qrisk calculator says "Your body mass index was calculated as xxx kg/m2. This is outside of the range of the calculator, and a value of 20 kg/m2 was substituted."

My QRisk heart age is 69 whereas NHS (same inputs) gives 72.

Just slightly younger than the rest of my body, which is disappointing as I was hoping for the heart of a 25 year old. Must be one available on the black market.

My Garmin fitness age, (different I know, but I take it to be similar) is 7 years lower than the NHS heart age. Garmin also suggests I can lower my fitness age by adding more weight measurements. Then a handy tip - buy a Garmin weighing scale.

With unknown cholesterol figures, my reported heart age is 21 years older than I am!

The range from low to high cholesterol puts my heart between 8 and 33 years older than the rest of me.

yes ;)
just kidding im 5 foot 7 " and 68 kg and i feel like i could lose another 1-2 kg but i like to get my summer weight down to around 66-67 kg

All I did for years was eat and lift weights, and I was around 83kg, then I started cycling again when I reached 40 and went down to 72kg in around 9 months without dieting.

As I work from home I'd only go into work once every 3 months and I'd have people asking me if I'd been ill because of the weight loss. 😂

No one could believe that it was, 'drink less beer, don't go to the chippy and KFC as much, and ride your bike.'

Like my Sister-in-Law who's skinny as a rake (You'd think was was ill in all honesty - unless you know how normally she eats) - and yet was was told at a Doctors she was 'overweight'.

She's mentally sane and laughed this off. Imagine some of the appearence driven, peer pressured, stress riddled youth of today hearing that. The consequences could be lethal. Literally.......

There is a situation called Skinny fat. Basically more body fat than normal for the muscle mass, due to total lack of exercise, muscle atrophy
