I think that by now slippy would of got the idea that his idea is a non starter. Most cyclists already have cheap,(the cheaper the better) age old solutions to most of the problems that we encounter.

Since my backside and the saddle are going to get wet in the rain anyway, a wet saddle doesn't bother me at all.

If I was REALLY fussed about it, I'd wipe it dry with a tissue - no need to spend money on something that's:

(a) pretty pointless, and;
(;) able to achieved with cheaper means like a plastic bag, shower cap or wiped dry in a second with a paper tissue.

my vote goes for a personal forceshield that runs on tiny batteries and throws out a protective bubble that shelters you, and the bike, from the elements.

If you desgin this please let me know, I'll test it for you.
