Best wishes. Hope you are back out there again soon.
Sadly my 5th temporary blip since June 2013. I actually think it's all @ColinJ fault for starting the metric/imperial 50 a month challenge...Temporary blip I hope. I dip into "your ride today" and you have been getting longer and stronger as the weeks have gone by, I am sure you will be back and the fitter you get the better your body combats illness. Best wishes.
Goodness @cosmicbike I had to google your affliction, seems one cause is muscle strain, so probably it wasn't a good idea.I'm wondering in removing the entire kitchen last week was such a good idea....
Indeed. We are currently cooking in the dining room, which now houses the old kitchen, the new kitchen and the new downstairs bathroom. My wife is really pleased...Goodness @cosmicbike I had to google your affliction, seems one cause is muscle strain, so probably it wasn't a good idea.

Nah, you're alright, mines not the exertional variety. I've been prodded, poked and bits cut out over the past 18 months and still none the wiser..
I thought you were joking, but then I found THIS ARTICLE about Exertional Rhabdomyolysis on Wikipedia ... Yikes - GWS!
