Oh yes I know that feeling, but somehow with one or two exceptions it has clicked with me at the moment and I really am trying harder. I have two boys who I do give puddings etc to (provided they eat their fruit and veggies). I would rather they had the unhealthy stuff in moderation at home rather than acquire a desire for it and then stuff their faces behind my back - which is what I have done over the years of course!

I've just checked out food focus, Willow. LOVE it! So excited!!

Just think, when you are sat on your backside filling in what you have eaten, you could be exercising

You mean to say exercise helps you get fit, lose weight and feel better?

Seems like a better idea than writing down what you have eaten

It does, especially commuting..... you get in wide awake..... !! Your colleagues think you are nuts and hyper..... but hey.......

I rode to college once, (only time I have ever done it) and everyone kept shouting at me because I was buzzing all day and on a natural high, got home before them all too.

Once !!!! Just keep doing it.....I go to work cos I can ride my bike everyday.... the 8 hours in the middle just pays the bills......

Then at weekends, I can get the fast bikes out....and have got fit riding to work.....that's where the commuting preparation comes in....whoooo....and I'm an old git.....

It was for a bet that time.
It's a massive trail for me, and the parents are a bit odd with it unfortunatly.

I have decided to try the Foodfocus site. As a newby, it took all of oohh at least ten minutes to register and understand the site, and add what I had eaten today. I think what I need to do, is log what I eat and get more exercise. I think it is worth trying. It also reckons I could lose the weight I would like to lose by the end of July (this year).

New swimsuits are in the shops then aren't they?

Tell you what, I just entered what I would eat on a typical HEALTHY day. One Roses chocolate and a glass of wine included, but the food was healthy apart from that.

Utterly shocked to find I was eating 1900 calories per day!!! 1900! I'm only 5"1. I should eat 1100 per day to lose weigh. No wonder I'm not shifting anything. I'm really shocked!
