Waterproof go pro

I have a GoPro Hero4 Silver and its brilliant... but that one from 7 Dayshop looks good too. I wonder if GoPro fittings would be compatible with it?

I think they are but I bought the accessories kit. I went with the Ultra version. This may get repurposed as a bike cam and hopefully the ultra is better quality
