It was not a disciplinary that I know of. What she said was raising a concern while another team leader took notes. I have no idea what it was in fact. In regards to her comments I'n not made of glass.
Hang on, if it's not official why was someone making notes, and why were you not asked if you wanted representation?

Definitely guilty, now start riding a bike to work rather than using a bus.

No idea?! I have no idea what has happened. It was never mentioned it was a disciplinary just that she was raising some concerns and the notes were so she could keep a record of what was said. Which in hindsight sounds a lot like a disciplinary.
I can always ask tomorrow.

He is suffering from incurable delusions of literacy.
I use my iphone and it really is the bane of my life. Getting past the point of it guessing ahead of what you type it is also easy to place a wrong letter into a word so when you press space it changes it to what the phone thinks it could be. Trouble with that is that it is wrong a lot depending on the letter which is used in error. Like "thoe" is changed to though if you miss out the S in those.
I also hardly ever proof read on my iPhone.

There's a huge difference between literacy and typos.

You should start. Or post from a more appropriate device.

Anyway, as has been said, if this took place outside your shift and place of work then tell your team leader to do one.
