spend all day on my feet at work lifting, pulling , pushing etc so when i get home i am not going out for more
I do lots of walking too. I have owned dogs in the past so didn’t have much choice, but even since losing my last one 7 years ago and deciding I didn’t want another, I still do lots of walking. Just out of interest I just checked my Strava profile and I’ve walked 1,860 miles this year. Probably hit 2,000 for the year. It’s amazing how it mounts up getting one or two walks in a day.
What do people use to monitor their walks
I use Strava but only because I use it for cycling as well - it also allows my wife to see where I am which might be useful at some point !
but I know there are other available - just wondering what people use
Garmin Fenix 6, as that's what I happen to have. What do people use to monitor their walks

Mainly around Haworth over to hebden bridge etc.
A 15 mile round trip walk at a minimum. Nice.
Yes it's my favourite one ATM...
Same here, which is why I sometimes end up jogging; worrisome as that's a gateway to the world of running, which I want no part of...I enjoy a good walk but if I'm walking a lane I mostly cycle down, I find it infuriating how long it actually takes to walk it.
