No need to worry. They won't be sending you up the banking on your first lap There's a structure in place which gets you there in gradual steps.

Thanks, just read your post. I'm glad you had a great time. I've been out on the road bike for a while, so my fitness or lack of will play into this.

I'm sorry Andy, I kind of was but didn't mean to sound so sarky. It's a choice between Keo cleats and trainers, which don't risk damaging the surface.

No worries. I think I'm going for trainers lol.
