My daughter had a bike I built for her stolen from that exact spot.

I hadn't noticed the crappy lock. That is indeed a bit slack.

That must be a later model, my Rockhopper had a cro-mo frame. Don't you love the bird poo welding?

Just noticed the front suspension so probably nineties.
