Iv never heard of this - I have taken shots of the MI6 building, in sight of security and it was not a problem.

Might be one of those things that's technically against the law but not often enforced. Try it again in a burqua and let us know how you get on.

3. Saying that a person in the film is breaking a law isnt fine - You can suggest that in your opinion they were being dangerous, but to suggest they were breaking the law - until it has been proven in court - means you could (a) be interfering with an investigation (b) libelling someone.

I never say that what drivers I catch do is illegal because passing a cyclist closely and brake testing them technically isnt illegal. But when they blatently jump a red light or stop in the ASL for no reason or use there mobile phone while driving, then a Court of Law will obviously see it as illegal.

I dont go purposly riding around looking for law breakers but I do certainly keep my eyes open for dangerous occurences.

Go on, I dare you

That's just made you a terrorist* in law ;)

Report it again at a station and see what they say. They CAN do something about it, they just can't be bothered. an incident not involving a collision doesn't make it a legal thing to do.

If they are going to do anything about it and if there is an offence committed and potentially a charge to answer, the police must issue a NIP (notice of intended prosecution) within 14days of the offence. So you may be out of time.
