Anyway, here's a list of things that should be preserved. What is the CycleChat definitive list of things?
Remember, in that far-flung outpost of the UK that is called Scotland, the deep-fried Mars bar has been in the news. My Mum always made a Dundee Cake at Christmas. I loved Bath buns, and there's still nothing like a custard tart or three with a mug of hot tea.

Tripe! Not many of us tripe fans left. I love it the way my mother used to make it, with onions and boiled tatties. Despite my best efforts I have never been able to successfully replicate it.
