Those bar wine glasses are getting bigger every year.

You do know they only do them that big to make more money out of the ppl who only order a glass not a bottle, to prevent bottles left half drunk. It started with two glasses per bottle now who knows!

If we leave any we take the bottle home - you are allowed to - you have bought it

I can;t understand people who leave half full bottles on the table

If it was a liquid do, we'd get a bill for food and another for facilities. Anyone asked, it was for a private dining room.

No, it's quite reasonably priced.

Cooked the sausages this evening - turned into meatballs and slow-braised in beef stock, which then later became a shallot, mushroom & cream sauce. Oh my days, they were SO good

So just giving a heads up, if any Cycle Chatters are in the Ely area, to get their venison sausages from Bent & Cornwell on the market square. They are by far the best I've had, and made on the premises.

I also have some of their black pudding stashed in the freezer. Hopes are now rather high.
