A guy locally has a diesel Insignia estate and I was surprised how relatively cheap it was to buy (s/h)...hes had it about a year and loves it.
TBF, I dont know him that well qnd dont see him that often so perhaps his opinion still holds, perhaps not.
DMflywheels, plenty of diesels, VWs etc etc have issues, Vauxhall arent exclusive in that department although 30k miles would be extremely low...I have no experience myself I should add.

Can't fault mine...... Basic? Bluetooth stereo, remote central locking, leccie windows..... The only thing it's missing is air con which I never used anyway because of fuel consumption but you can have it as an option and it still comes in at half the price as a focus

Mine gets used about twice a year, and only because they tell you that it should be used occasionally to keep the compressor working, or something like that. But then, I live in the west of Scotland. A heater and windscreen wipers are the more essential items.

Only my last 3 cars have had it and used it for about 5 mins each time to Cool car down then opened the Windows so don't miss it my sandero was 6.5k the Clio next to it was 18k......... Who's daft me or the person who bought the clio
Same as people live without Dualit toasters I suppose, they get by. I live in Yorkshire, not LA, I've never needed air con in Yorkshire...............
