The UCI are bringing in stringent new rules for next season. Good to see they are getting tough.

Sloppy sockage was really starting to detract from the Tours.

Once they’ve got that sorted, then maybe they can start addressing the small stuff like team finacing, rider’s wages and drug cheats.
