I believe they are exactly the same (they've got the rigid tyre too - £13).Nope from wiggle, twice as much, are they the same, they just say ETAPE on them.

Yea, but I don't think it's the same product, one has ETAPE on the side. this is the one ordered via Wiggle: http://spacycles.co.uk/m2b0s121p3620/SCHWALBE-Durano-Plus-HS464-folding
Yes.Are they still usable once cracked?
About 6000 miles on my Resist 9. Yes there are some signs of side cracking but as yet, not one puncture in those 6000 miles. The decathlon's don't seem to get great reviews! Some are saying that the side walls are cracking.
Yes, as long as it's not cracked along the bead, you can get it home, but not a great idea to keep using it.Are they still usable once cracked?
The D+ is my 'go to' winter pneumatic tyre. They are heavy ( relative to a less durable tyre ) but I've had nails bent by them, with no punctures, so they are very good from the durability / puncture resistance angle.Ok thanks for the information. It's a shame because solid tyres does sound a very good idea. I've order the Durano Plus now. I will see how I get on with these. Thanks all.
Despite what some people tell you, solid tyres are rubbish. We've written about it here quite recently. Avoid.
.
The 'information' is in fact Baloney, in my relatively extensive experience. The Solid tyres are in fact very good, they do take a bit of adjustment, and getting used to, but well worth it, if it means avoiding having to change a tube, in the dark cold months, that we are about to be right in the middle of, and let's face it, anybody with actual experience of using the solids will tell you, the dark months are when you are more likely to see the advantage of not picking up punctures due to running over stuff you can't see easily.Ok thanks for the information. Iv'e tried both and noticed no differenceSo just weight? I doubt the few grams will make an ounce of difference to me so I'll stick with ordinary ones.
