Neck. I get a stiff neck if I have not ridden a long distance for a while...and then try to. I ride a road bike so ther is a requirement to look up more.
Amen! (because a like doesn't cover how much I agree with this) Long distance on a road bike and my neck hurts - but now I think I've got the bike fit right, the pain pretty much stops when I stop riding, happily. Main reason I have one is because it's easier to carry and pack into a car than a roadster.

Hands were aching between the index and thumb for the past few weeks since having new gloves. Guessing the extra padding was making me have to stretch a little further than my previous cheapo gloves. No pain atm though.

I get pins and needles in my fingers. Which I find odd.

Why can't I just get achey legs like normal people

I get a dead left arm / hand, from the elbow. Have to keep swinging it down and clenching / unclenching my fist to bring it back to life, THEN I get pins and needles. But its only after about 15 miles or so...weird.

Yes. That'd exactly the same as me!!

I've tried different handlebar grips and gloves with different amounts of padding with negligible positive impact. It's a shame. It dares to try to spoil a nice ride!

KNEES....
Delicate lady bum parts.
I'm also developing a gristley lump on my thumb from gripping the gear/handle.

If you are getting sore knees only while cycling, you should look at saddle position

Good padded shorts help with the soreness below and the right saddle (cheap shorts don't work for me, gore, sportful, pearl Izumi for shorter runs)

I lost all feeling in my right little toe after cycling from London to Paris. It took a couple of months for it to come back.
