1. I don’t own any pink socks
2. I don’t shave my legs
3. I haven’t been to Peterborough. But I was brought up on the north Peckham estate. So I’ll bring my south London death stare... and my running shoes, in case the death stare doesn’t work!

Don't worry - my bank is still only showing transactions from yesterday so I'm sure it's on its way! I will update tomorrow.

I have sent the jersey company the order - just awaiting final proof of the jersey design from them and I need to make payment by 3pm today.

I have PM'd @Norry1 but he's the only person I've not heard back from yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine (but good to hear from him before I pay if possible).

Well put it this way Whorty. There’s about as much chance of me wearing high heels as there is if you completing the DD on a single-speed!

Are you willing to put money on that? I'll happily take a wager that I will complete the 100 mile DD course if you're happy to lose some cash

My SS turns up on Friday, and so long as I haven't found one of the many scams on ebay then I could be ready to go.

Now, I'm 50/50 at the moment on whether to do the DD on the SS, and was going to make the decision after a few test rides in the real world, but ....

Edit : if i can do it having an asthma attack and no lungs, how hard can it really be on a SS
