Feeling less deathlike after good night's sleep and stopping the caffeine intake. Town for middle of Lidl and bike shop browsing for lecky bike, then playing with drone this afternoon and putting the garden furniture in the garden so I can be a decadent slob in the sunshine.

Morning
A bit nippy here and ice on the bird bath. Also as we are have some windows replaced it’s not that warm in the house. Just need that sun to get a bit higher in the sky.

Is caffeine good for your ticker?

Morning

Nippy - yep.
Coffee - yep.
Vinyl - bought
Prepped - yep.

What a jolly day i'm going to have.

Mrs Pinno and Tricky will be away away, Shorty will be away locally and Beans is just snoring. He left an injured mouse for us to play with.

Meh, day of one long meeting - hopefully house admin will sort me a hotel for later, but it didn’t go well yesterday when she tried

A bit of PTFE tape should sort it out.
Aye. He says from experience...

Year #3 of war on the bleepin' invasive Spanish bluebells. Early start so out of direct sun and still cool to deploy first dose this year of the glyphosate + detergent spray combo. They are tough little bleepers.

Back in for breakfast and proper wake me up pure Colombian #2. Then loads more sowing, propagating things to do.

Washing done (and out in the warm breeze) that I left from Christmas (it wasn't going to dry then), local stroll done, now trundling gently into town, as I've realised I need some stuff for a snack lunch.

Go forth and propagate.

Morning all.
Dentist dentisted (is that even a word?) Apparently teeth and mouth all OK after months of chemo. She even did a scale and polish for me at no extra charge. Very lucky to still have an NHS dentist! Even managed to get daughter an appointment for this Friday as she's back from uni. Luckily they had a cancellation due to Easter hols.

Stopped at Dr's on way back to pick up urine sample tube. Delivered it there and then. Job done. Shocked the receptionist and my fingers taste funny now but needs must.

Anti hernia support truss thing arriving after lunch. Might give my summer wheels a polish before fitting them to the car.

Too much excitement for one day. Might need a lie down in a mo'.

Coffee and sunny garden beckon.

Ditched my dentist after the pandemic. Sneaky so and so tried to convert all his NHS patients (myself included) to private using the reason that if you hadn't been for more than 12 months this was policy (it wasn't!). Errr, how exactly were we supposed to visit you during the pandemic?
