Tubeless?

Sorry for my complete ignorance but can you fit tubeless tyres to any rims?
Two punctures in a week tells me I need to replace my back tyre. I thought I'd look into all options first.
I have a Trek MTB but I'd have to pop to the garage to check the rim type. Any advice appreciated.

Yes you can, Stans tubeless kit comes to mind

Yes, go with Stans, we have it running on at least 4 sets of normal rims. Wait until you have them fitted and inflated and you will realise how good the Stans solution is.

So its a kit, valves and tyres?

We run ours on normal tyres. I think on one of mine they are Maxxis or something, thorn punctures on about 1 ride in 4 until I changed over.
