Having recently acquired a bike with fat, tubeless tyres, and the wheels to match. I am trying to find a permanent solution to repair punctures that are too slow for the (Peaty's Holeshot) sealant to react to. I have successfully located the leaks but the inside surfaces of the Schwalbe G1-RS Evo tyres are not smooth enough to take an internal feather edged, or even a much larger butyl, patch (made from an old inner tube) without leakage.
I'm currently having to use inner tubes because, despite all the promotional blurb, these tyres and the Cadex AR tyres that they replaced. are NOT tubeless ready.

Personally I use Darts or plugs for anything that the sealant won't seal.

Or Stans darts.
You could do what car tyre places do which is to grind or sand the inside smooth and then glue a patch or plug in place.

Patch it using a copious amount of solution; two coats if necessary. Make sure you let it dry before applying the patch.
