Trivial things that make you annoyed beyond expectations?

Specialist merchants e.g. timber merchants having rubbish websites and not even listing the sizes properly. And allowing you to filter for "colour" when it's pressure treated wood, but not useful things like width or depth. And today one of them sells "rails to take 32mm spindles"… and they don't even have 32mm spindles on their site

I'm listening to a radio phone in. A caller keeps saying "y'know", after every other few words and as I post the next caller is doing the exact same!! I'm finding myself counting the seconds between each 'y'know', rather than listening to what they have to say!

If you did 'y'know' already then there would be no point saying it.

Tonight it's a woman who's saying "um, um, um, um My daughter, er, um er, works in a er, um, um, charity shop and she, er, um, um er, um does about, er, um, er 15 hours a week". That was just the start of about 5 minutes of that! In those five minutes she must've got around 4 sentences out at the most!!

I had it last Saturday there, talking to a guy and her teenage daughter who were looking around our train.

I actually paused for a good 10/15 seconds with a massive stammer, but luckily they seemed understanding.

It comes out of the blue, it is NOT intentional!

And it is silence, it it is not other noises, it is an Innnnabilityy... Too... get your... Words... Out...

The old Facebook biddy who feels the need to comment about almost anything posted "Looks superb Well done" about a coronation display/street party around here. Everybody else just posted a thumbs up 'like' or a 'love' emoji, or whatever you call them, but she always feel the need to give her stamp of approval, like she's in charge or something.

I bought some dog food (for my dog, obviously ) yesterday. I went to get it out of a kitchen cupboard today and couldn't find it. I've rooted all around my flat, looked in the boot of my car, in the fridge and in more or less every drawer and cupboard, but I just can't find it! I'm thinking now that I left it in the packing area of the supermarket where I bought it. 🤔 It's not the cost as it was only £1.50, but the wondering where it is that means I can't settle till it's found!🤔
