The timer on the oven. Why oh why does it require some secret sequence to set the time or reset it? Press this and this at the same time and then count to 3 and press whatever. Just stick in a switch or a button.

The person who devised it is a sadist.

Apparently the same guy invented the car clock and internet banking security passwords!

What really annoys me is my wife. She cannot work out how to set the timer.
Only had the oven for 6 years.
Know what I'd like to replace with a newer model too!

People who can't join traffic queues properly. Specifically, those who pull up at a red light queue and then, inexplicably, decide to inch forward a bit (despite the light being red and the car in front not moving). Then the car behind inches forward a little bit more, then the one behind that etc. Why couldn't they simply stop where was safe and appropriate and wait for the red light to change before moving again? The result is an amplifying aftershock ripple down the traffic queue as everybody feels they need to budge up, despite the light still being red.

I'll often stop at the first attempt and then ignore any little shunts forward until it is time to actually move on - that is unless I am so far back in the queue that the shunts have become big enough to mean a significant gap develops in front of me, the temptation of which can sometimes be too much for the person behind.

Snip and Sketch in particular (or Snipping Tool on my lap top) It's going to do for me I swear. I'll go out in a cascade of blood from burst blood vessels all over my head and body as I grappel with the bonkers logic of this bloody effort.

I press Snip & Sketch and it brings up a box telling me in smarmy tones ''Snipping Tool is moving ... blah blah then included is another box .''Try Snip & Sketch''
I click that and I get a grey box this time, telling me to Press windows logo key + Shift +S. Or
I'm offered a chance to click on 'new'

JUST OPEN THE BLOODY PROGRAM.

FFS.

Just carry on using the snipping tool. That message has been popping up for three years now.

Soon be moving!

Just use Firefox. It's got a screenshot/sniping tool (a pair of scissors icon) you can stick to the toolbar and is much easier to use.

Someone had tied a Rottweiler up outside a local supermarket last night. It was very close to the stacked trolleys. I saw it when I came out and gave it a wide berth as its lead didn't look very secure and I'm very wary of such big aggressive dogs. As I walked past it, 2 lads didn't notice the danger and walked past the dog too close and it lunged at them, snarling and barking. I watched for a few minutes and saw the dog lunge aggressively at about 8 or 9 people while I was there. What type of idiot ties such an aggressive dog up so close to a supermarket entrance/exit?!!!

My thoughts were trusting, dog loving child walks up to stroke it while mother is unaware, gawping at her phone.
