Have you tried beeping back at them?

Alas, they talk but they don't listen. If they did, they would probably say something equally annoying like " I'm sorry, I don't quite understand".

Well, write it down boy ......
People who talk way too loud with big booming voices.

(Excluding people with hearing difficulties.)

And yet the other side of the coin - I was in Aldi recently and two guys were having a conversation (you couldn't hear what they were saying unless you were close) and they both had the loudest laughs I've ever heard. Every five seconds or so one of them would boom out a real belly laugh. I was in for about twenty minutes and they were still at it when I left. You could see the whole shop talking about it and it made my day hearing two people laugh so much. Still brings a smile to my face! ^_^^_^

When somebody introduces something and finishes with :" and so much more " but never say what this " so much more" is. I assume it is because there is no : " so much more" .

Perhaps there is too much more and the risk of getting boring by going on too long so better to stop after the main point is made.
I admit to being guilty of this but could probably fill a few pages to no purpose after the main point is made.

I might have mentioned this before

It does REALLY annoy me

but the adverts on on weekday mornings that are clearly directed at retired people
AND are designed to persuade the ones that are more vulnerable

so - for example - life insurance that includes phrases like "for the family"
implying that if you don;t have their product then you are letting down your little children and hence don't care about them

and the 'lifetime mortgage' products
which are a great thing for some people
but I can see then being the next PIP things in a few years when people start to realise that the have nothing left to leave their children who were expecting to inherit a house ( or a part of one)
We know someone who has taken one of these out - her son was expecting to inherit the house
he got £5000 - and his Mum's boyfriend bought a new BMW (OK probably used - but I doubt it was a cheap one!!!)

AND - my current worst - Verisure Alarms
Pure scare factor advertising!!
one woman said she couldn't relax on holiday without it
WHAT????

The latest one has a grown-up son badgering his parents to release some equity from the house (i.e. effectively take out second mortgage) and give the money to the aforementioned offspring.

New one today - an Ebay seller that turns out to be Amazon. Yes it would have cheaper direct from Amazon but not being a Prime member I would have to had to spend another £16 for free postage. Came not only in an Amazon package but with an amazon.co.uk packaging slip in it Now if they can charge £1.17 extra on ebay with free postage, which presumably accounts in some extent for ebay fees, why is the only option from themselves either £4.99 postage or order a stack more stuff for free postage.
