The OP has already replied , new frame under warranty and on the way !Sorry to see this, yeah there’s warranty but you will be waiting until after Christmas.

Apparently Trek have loads of frames according to my LBS, as they managed to get them manufactured before Covid (unlike Specialized apparently), they’ve just no parts to create whole bikes!Sorry to see this, yeah there’s warranty but you will be waiting until after Christmas.

Still be a wait for warranty process and they should pay for LBS to swap parts not everyone is good at putting the parts on properly.
