Trapped nerve/leg pain issue...not 'classical' Sciatica....

Eric Goodman foundation training has helped me massively in this area. Find his original 12 minute program. It works your lower back/glutes and hamstrings - it's got my IT band pain under control -

It's a bloody tough workout for 12 minutes though

What's the latest, @Fab Foodie?

Are you cycling again?

I will be down in Devon again next week so I will be out and about in the Crediton, sorry, Kirton area if you might be free and mobile?

@Ian H - I see that lumpy 200 km rides are not quite long or lumpy enough for you so you got up in the middle of the night and did a mega-lumpy 300!!!:notworthy:

It is a long time since I rode 200 km, longer still since I tackled a lumpy one, and my longest ever mega-lumpy one was 230 km and that was 20 years ago.

I think I could be free except possibly at the very end of the week.

Sorry, Ian - I only ended up with time for a couple of short rides at the start of the week and then came down with a lurgy that kept me off the bike for 3 days.

I had hoped to get a couple of metric centuries in during this visit but that won't happen now.

I will probably squeeze another Devon visit in at the end of the "summer" (a chilly, wind-and-rain-battered UK season!)... Maybe we can organise something then?
